However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address any concerns you may have about your order.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered to you at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Opened or used products
- Products not in their original packaging
- Products that were delivered more than 7 days ago
Process for Refunds

- Resolution: If your request is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You may also opt for a replacement product if preferred.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.
- For other issues, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Sale Items: Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
